INTRODUCTION TO INVERSIONS & ARM BALANCES

In this two hour workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals for headstand (shirshasana) and two variations of crow pose (kakasana). This workshop is great for both intermediate and beginner students, but I recommend you have at least some prior experience with yoga.

CONTRA-INDICTIONS WARNING: Inversions are not recommended if you suffer from: cervical spondylitis, cardiovascular disease, hypertension or extreme excess weight, diabetes or insulin resistance, glaucoma, detachment of the retina or extreme nearsightedness, ear or sinus infections, the flu or pregnancy past the first trimester. Headstand is not for those with head and/or neck injuries. Please make me aware of any physical concerns you may have at the time of registration.
