Miranda has practiced yoga since 2008 and completed her RYT® 200 Yoga Teacher Training at Ayur-Yoga Eco Ashram in Southern India on 2015. She is an international teacher that has led classes in North America, South America and Asia.
Her favorite asanas are chakrasana, gomukhasana and most recently astavakrasana.
Miranda specializes in the traditional Hatha style of yoga which combines breath, relaxation and awareness. She believes yoga should be accessible to and can benefit everyone regardless of age or fitness level.
She is fully insured and a registered member of Yoga Alliance.
